1. Scope of application

 

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the Pho Queue online store.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

 

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

 

2.1 The purchase contract is concluded with Pho Queue, represented by: Felix Kirner, Großhaderner Str. 16, 81375 Munich.

2.2 By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

 

3. Prices and shipping costs

 

3.1 The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

3.2 In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

 

4. Delivery

 

4.1 Delivery is made worldwide via the service provider Gelato.

4.2 The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Payment

 

5.1 Payment can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer.
